Mannix Solutions LLC operates Mannix Landscaping and Mannix Solutions – Seasonal Property Services. This policy explains how we handle information received through our website, seasonal-service inquiries, Facebook Page, Messenger conversations, lead forms, and related advertising activities.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, contact information, ZIP code, service address, messages, property photos, requested services, property details, and scheduling preferences. When you interact with us through Meta products, we may also receive the profile and interaction information that Meta makes available through that communication.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, determine service availability, schedule and provide services, maintain appropriate business records, communicate with customers, and evaluate our advertising.

How information may be shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our website forms, communications, advertising, scheduling, and business services, or when required by law. Our website form provider processes estimate requests for delivery to our business email. Facebook and Messenger also process information under Meta’s own privacy policy when you choose to interact with us there.

Storage and retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, provide services, maintain required business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for business purposes.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold by emailing ajoefield@mannixlandscaping.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include your name and the email address or Facebook profile used to contact us. Do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents.

We may request additional information to verify your identity. We will delete information we are no longer required to retain and explain any applicable retention requirement. Deletion from our records does not automatically delete information held independently by Meta or another service provider.
